If the same client requires assistance with several procedures (for example, visa and residency), each one is quoted and billed independently.

In the case of families or groups , the cost is applied to each member separately, according to the required procedure.

The payment covers only the contracted service.

Official costs for immigration fees, translations, legalizations, apostilles, or other external expenses are not included and must be covered directly by the client.

Once the service has started and the work documentation has been delivered, no refunds are made , since the cost corresponds to the time, analysis and preparation of the procedure.

If the customer wishes to cancel before starting the process, they may request a partial refund of the payment, minus administrative costs.
